Location

The modern 4-star Lohningerhof hotel is situated approx. 200 m away from the centre of Maria Alm. You can access the ski area by taking the Natrunlift gondola lift approx. 150 m away, or the Natrunbahn cable car approx. 900 m away. Cross-country skiing trails can be reached within about 300 m. You can experience a rush of adrenaline on a well-prepared toboggan run approx. 1 km away from the hotel. Ski buses stop right at the door. The Saalfelden railway station can be reached after approx. 7 km.

Facilities

This hotel features various amenities, such as a reception, Wi-Fi, a common room, a lift, a breakfast room, a hotel restaurant and a hotel bar. Guests can store their ski and snowboarding equipment in a ski cellar. Drivers can use a parking lot, a parking garage (for a fee) and a charging station for e-cars (for a fee) - subject to availability.

Spa

The 400 m² large wellness area invites its guests to indulge body and soul (opening hours: 15:00 - 19:00). A refreshing bathing pleasure awaits you in the heated infinity pool with an internal entrance. When it’s time to rest and recharge, visit a Finnish sauna, a textile sauna, a steam bath, an infrared cabin and a spa shower. Let the stress of everyday life dissipate in the relaxation room with swing loungers or recharge in the refreshment area with tea. A solarium as well as massages are available for a fee. Our staff provides guests with a bathrobe on a loan basis. Opening hours of individual wellness facilities and validity periods are subject to change.

Children

The children's playroom offers a range of play experiences for young guests, no matter the weather. Cots are provided for a fee, high chairs can be used free of charge (upon request and availability).

Board

The half board plus catering plan includes a rich buffet style breakfast with regional products, cereals as well as egg dishes. In the afternoon (15:00 - 16:30) guests can treat themselves to Jause (a traditional cold snack). At dinner, our cooks put together a 4-course menu of choice with 3 various options for the main course, with regional produkts, a starter buffet, a soup station as well as a salad bar. There is a children's menu at dinner. In addition, culinary delights await you at the themed buffet, organised Saturdays. On request, we also serve lactose-free dishes, gluten-free as well as vegetarian alternatives.

Important notes

• When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
• This accommodation is not wheelchair-accessible.
• Access to the sauna area is, in some cases, restricted to guests ages 16 and up (see information on site).
• The outdoor infinity pool (rooftop area) is accessible to children from 17:30 onwards only if accompanied by an adult (quiet area; see information on site).
• Use of the ski lifts in Maria Alm is free of charge for children aged 5 or under (at time of departure). If your child uses the lifts independently in other Ski amadé ski areas, a Minicard (lift pass) may need to be purchased on site.
• Family Spring Deals: 13/03/2027 until the end of the season – children born in 2011 or later receive a free multi-day pass valid for 4 days or more (official proof of family relationship required). This offer is subject to at least one parent purchasing a multi-day pass valid for 4 days or more for the same period. If there are more children than adults in your party, or if the promotion conditions are not met, a suitable lift pass must be purchased on site. • Please note that during the late season, from 30/03/2027 to 04/04/2027, the ski resort will only be open on a limited basis.
