Location

The modern 4-star Landhotel Schütterbad is situated approx. 700 m away from the centre of Unken. The Almbahn cable car, which is approx. 8 km away, will take you to the ski area. Cross-country skiing trails can be reached within about 10 km. You can experience a rush of adrenaline on a well-prepared toboggan run approx. 10 km away from the hotel. Ski buses stop within about 700 m.

Facilities

This hotel features various facilities, such as a reception, Wi-Fi, a common room, a luggage storage room, a lift, a breakfast room, a dining room, a hotel restaurant, a parlour, a café, a hotel bar and a conservatory. Outdoors, hotel guests can find a terrace. Guests can store their ski and snowboarding equipment in a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. Drivers can use a parking lot and a charging station for e-cars (for a fee) - subject to availability.

Spa

Our wellness area invites its guests to indulge body and soul and enjoy a sauna, a Finnish sauna and an infrared cabin. Let the stress of everyday life dissipate in the relaxation room. A solarium, beauty treatments as well as massages are available for a fee. Our staff provides guests with a bathrobe (for a fee) and bathing slippers (for a fee) on a loan basis.

Children

The children's playroom offers a range of play experiences for young guests, no matter the weather. There is also a children's playground. High chairs and cots can be used free of charge (upon request and availability).

Entertainment

Entertainment options include table football (for a fee). Other activities include a gym and table tennis. Guests can hire parlour games or a sledge / toboggan - subject to availability.

Board

The half board catering plan includes a welcome drink and a buffet style breakfast. At dinner, our cooks put together a 4-course menu of choice with a salad bar. There is a children's menu at dinner. A Christmas dinner is held at Christmas (24.12.), on New Year's Eve there is a festive dinner. On request, we also serve vegetarian alternatives.

Important notes

  • This accommodation is not wheelchair-accessible.
  • When booking several-bed rooms or rooms with extra beds, there is no entitlement to the additional beds in the event of under-occupancy.
  • Sauna area: Children must be accompanied by an adult
  • Minimum age sauna area: 6 years
  • Family-friendly promotion: 14/03/2026 - 06/04/2026 - Children born in 2007 or later (ID required) receive a free multi-day ticket from 3 days. The prerequisite is that at least one parent purchases a multi-day ticket from 3 days for the same period. Children up to the age of 5 are generally not issued a lift pass voucher. They receive a free lift pass on site, with which they can ski for free when accompanied by their parents (max. 1 child per parent). If there are more children travelling with you than adults or if you do not meet the promotion requirements, a lift pass must be purchased on site.
