Location

The family-led KNAPPENSTEIG appartements apartments complex is located approx. 1 km away from the centre of Wagrain. You can access the ski area by taking the Flying Mozart gondola lift approx. 500 m away, or the Grafenbergbahn cable car approx. 1 km away. Cross-country skiing trails can be reached within about 2 km. Ski buses stop within about 200 m. Nearby shopping opportunities can be reached within approx. 400 m.

Facilities

The comfortable apartments are spread across the two building complexes, ‘Knappensteig relax’ and ‘Knappensteig zeitlos’, and offer a reception, lift, Wi-Fi, a lounge/common room and a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer. The “Relax Studio”, “Relax Classic” and “Relax Superior” apartments are located in Knappensteig relax, whilst the “Zeitlos Studio”, “Zeitlos Superior” and “Zeitlos Premium” apartments are in Knappensteig zeitlos.

For those travelling by car, free parking spaces and a parking garage at Knappensteig zeitlos (both subject to availability) are available, including a charging point for electric vehicles (for a fee).

Spa

In addition, both houses feature a very well-maintained and comfortable spa area (approx. 150 m²) with a bio-sauna, Finnish sauna and relaxation room. The Knappensteig zeitlos also has an infrared cabin. A heated outdoor pool is also available for your use.

Children

The children's playroom offers a range of play experiences for young guests to keep them content and entertained. High chairs and cots can be used free of charge (upon request and availability).

Important notes

• This accommodation is not wheelchair-accessible.
• Accommodation is available at both Knappensteig relax and Knappensteig zeitlos.
• Children aged 5 or under (at time of departure) do not receive a lift pass voucher at the Snow Space Salzburg ski resort. Children in this age group may use the ski lifts free of charge when accompanied by an adult. If your child wishes to use the lifts independently or attend a ski course, a Minicard (lift pass) must be purchased on site. The same applies to the use of ski lifts in other ski resorts. Further information is available at the lift ticket office.
• Family Spring Deals: 13/03/2027 until the end of the season – children born in 2011 or later receive a free multi-day pass valid for 4 days or more (official proof of family relationship required). This offer is subject to at least one parent purchasing a multi-day pass valid for 4 days or more for the same period. If there are more children travelling than adults, or if the promotion conditions are not met, a corresponding lift pass must be purchased on site.
