South Tyrol has a lot to offer cross-country skiing fans. In the Bolzano region, over 20 kilometres of varied cross-country trails are waiting to be discovered. The cross-country trail in the Pensertal valley is particularly attractive, connecting several circuits and, at almost 19 kilometres long, is ideal for extended tours. Another highlight is the Schönalm high altitude cross-country ski trail on the Rittner Horn, which offers fantastic panoramic views and promises unforgettable cross-country skiing moments.
